2. Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds for wine purchases. However, we will consider refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement.

    If you wish to cancel your membership or an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations may be processed up to five (5) before the next shipment is scheduled. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
