From Paso Robles and the Pey Family. French and Italian sensibility combined with California terroir, craftsmanship and "textbook" expression. 88% Cabernet/5% petite Syrah/4% merlot/3% Syrah. Layers of red and black cherry-berry and black plum flavors, aged 14 months French oak barrels. Medium-full-bodied with plush tannins and a long finish.

Established in 1993, 1st vintage 1999. Walla Walla Washington. Cabernet dominant with Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec and petite Verdot. Medium-to full-bodied, concentrated spicy lack cherry-berry and juicy black fruit flavors. Medium tannins and lengthy finish. Aged 19 months in new French oak.
